Principal's Message
As we wrap up another fantastic school year at Andrew Maier Elementary, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we've shared this year. From the first day of school to the last day, our students have amazed me with how much they’ve grown, learned, and worked together.
This year, our students have shown so much bravery, effort, and creativity. They’ve faced challenges with a positive attitude, learned new skills, and worked together as a team. Even when things were tough, they kept going, asked questions, and kept trying their best. I’ve loved seeing how our students have grown stronger and more confident in everything they do.
I’m also so proud of how our school has become a place filled with bucket fillers. Every day, our students have shown kindness to each other by offering support, friendship, and encouragement. Watching all of you lift each other up has been such a joy. This kind spirit makes our school a great place to learn and grow, and I’m so proud of how we all contribute to making Andrew Maier a welcoming and caring community.
And of course, we've had so much fun celebrating our successes on ROAR days! These days gave us a chance to come together, cheer each other on, and celebrate all the hard work, kindness, and teamwork that makes Andrew Maier so special. It’s always a blast to see everyone share in those moments of pride and happiness.
As I think about my 11 years as principal, I feel so grateful for each of you—our amazing students, families, and staff. Watching our students grow into kind, thoughtful individuals who are ready to take on the world has been one of the best parts of my job. As I prepare to retire after 36 years in education, I want to express my heartfelt thanks to all of you for your unwavering support and for making Andrew Maier such a special place."
I know that Andrew Maier will continue to shine, and that each of you will keep ROARING to success. As you head into summer, always remember to believe in yourselves and keep trying your best. Learning and growing never stop, and I know you will all continue to do amazing things.
Thank you for making Andrew Maier “the best school ever”. I hope you all have a wonderful summer and a bright future ahead!
With heartfelt thanks and best wishes,
Christopher S. Redding Principal
